Greg and myself spent Saturday recording...as we probably will this Saturday. Last week Gav very kindly popped over and helped out with a couple of guitar overdubs on "Ever".

 

This week, my voice having returned from the dead - I put some vocals down over a stripped down "Anywhere But Here" before Greg did some backing vox and then proceeded with his lead vox on "Girlsmakerain" and "Will Happiness Find Me". I'll hopefully be able to get these three tracks mixed down and uploaded onto Last FM this weekend along with remixes of oldies "Dust", "Thesearenotmypeople", "I just wanna give up" & "Lovesong for Jenny K".

 

There's a bit more work to do on "Will Happiness Find Me?" which is the artisitc equivalent of combing over a bald spot. Then I'll start looking at some guitars & intro tidying  on "Dead Lucky". If all goes well I might get stuck into the vocals on this as well as Swirl.

 

And happy birthday to my bro who will be 40 tomorrow...I'm planning to be totally hangover free on Saturday morning. Wonder what that's like?
